Get a job.
Get paid every 10 minutes.
Hold 25,000 $JOB. Climb the ladder from Intern to Boss. Every 10 minutes the payroll bot picks 20 random employees and splits 60% of the treasury across them. Don't get fired.
Seven days from Intern to Boss.
Every UTC day your balance stays at or above 25,000, you're promoted one rank. Rank is status, not odds — every eligible wallet has exactly the same chance in every draw.
What the draw actually pays you.
20 winners, drawn uniformly, every 10 minutes. That fixes your odds exactly — no estimate, no vibes. Move the numbers and watch what the policy really implies.
Each round pays out 60% of whatever is in the treasury, so with no trading volume to refill it the pot collapses fast — — This is the single thing the whole model rests on: paychecks are funded by trade volume, not by a reserve. Quiet hours mean small paychecks, and that is arithmetic rather than a policy choice.
Odds assume the stated policy: 20 winners drawn uniformly at random from every eligible wallet, once per round. Expected income is an average, not a schedule — most employees will earn nothing for long stretches and occasionally receive a full share. The figures move with employee count and treasury size, and both change constantly.
The wallet that signs every paycheck.
Read from chain, not typed in. Anything the page cannot read reads as pending rather than showing a number nobody can check.
Three rules. Zero exceptions.
The whole company runs on three lines of policy. Read them once and every paycheck and every termination on this page makes sense forever.
Hold 25,000 $JOB
Every UTC day your balance stays at or above the threshold you're promoted one rank — Intern on day one, Boss on day seven. The snapshot decides; nothing is claimed.
Every 10 minutes
60% of the treasury becomes the pot and the bot pays 20 random eligible wallets directly on chain. No claiming, no buttons, no waiting.

Frequently asked questions.
How do I get hired?
Buy at least 25,000 $JOB and hold it in a wallet you control. The next snapshot registers you as an Intern and queues you for the next payroll.
Will I get paid every round?
No. Every round draws 20 winners out of every eligible wallet. With 500 employees that is a 4% chance per round; with 5,000 it is 0.4%. The odds section above works out exactly what your numbers imply, including how long the median employee waits for a first paycheck.
Does a higher rank earn more?
From the automated payroll, no. Every eligible wallet has identical odds and identical per-round pay, whether Intern or Boss. Ranks are status, plus a manual bonus airdrop for Day-2 and Day-3 holders that the team sends by hand — not automated, not guaranteed.
What happens if I sell?
If your balance drops below 25,000 at any snapshot, for any reason, the address is terminated permanently. It appears in the terminations feed and never receives another paycheck. Termination applies to the address, not the person — a fresh wallet can be hired, the old one cannot.
Where does the money actually come from?
Trade volume. The treasury is refilled by trading and drained 60% every round, so paychecks track volume, not a reserve. During quiet periods the treasury shrinks round over round and paychecks shrink with it. See the drain chart above — after ten rounds with no refill, roughly 0.01% of the treasury remains.
Are LP and team wallets excluded?
Yes. The bonding-curve wallet, any liquidity pool, the treasury itself and known team wallets sit on a public blacklist and never receive paychecks.
Is this an investment?
No. $JOB is a memecoin, nothing here is financial, employment, tax or HR advice, and holding it forms no employment relationship and confers no equity or legal claim. The payroll depends on a bot, a treasury and trade volume, any of which can stop. You can lose everything you put in.
